About Tracy Neutzling

I provide legal and administrative support to the firm.

I am responsible for tracking HUD updates, assisting with billing, inventories and ordering, scheduling and organizing meetings, and assisting in planning office events.

I am also responsible for drafting legal documents, reviewing due diligence, and preparing and organizing submissions to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Section 8 contract administrators, and various housing authorities.
