Overview
About Madison DeLuca
I represent and advise nonprofit and for-profit developers and owners nationwide in the acquisition, development, and preservation of affordable housing. My practice spans transactional and regulatory compliance matters concerning multifamily affordable housing programs, including:
- Section 8 renewals and assignments
- Transfers of ownership of HUD-assisted properties
- Management changes
- RAD for PRAC conversions
Prior to joining the firm, as a J.D. candidate I assisted in developing The University of Texas School of Law’s Housing Policy Clinic and helped prepare recommendations for the City of Austin to mitigate the impact of rising assessments on income-restricted condominium owners. My piece An application of equality theories to commercial-to-residential adaptive reuse projects will be published in the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law & Policy in 2024.
