I assist our attorneys in obtaining the necessary approvals for our clients to acquire, finance, rehabilitate and preserve affordable housing developments. I am involved in all stages of the transaction, including reviewing due diligence, drafting documents, and preparing materials to meet HUD and the state housing agencies’ requirements.
