“I am fortunate to work with such a great team of highly professional and motivated individuals. We work to continue to try to improve affordable housing to benefit those who need it the most.”
I focus my work on all aspects of affordable housing and real estate and work closely with the attorneys and clients to ensure transactions run smoothly and efficiently by managing various checklists, reviewing due diligence materials, coordinating and executing all stages of the transaction, including portfolio transactions involving multiple parties and properties.
My work includes monitoring important deadlines, drafting various documents for submissions, organizing and facilitating the logistics of closings and post-closings issues with various departments within the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Section 8 contract administrators and housing authorities.
