I represent nonprofit and for-profit developers and owners of multifamily affordable housing projects nationwide in transactional and regulatory compliance matters. My practice spans the following areas:
- Section 8 renewals and assignments
- Transfers of ownership of HUD-assisted properties
- Management changes
Prior to joining the firm, as a J.D. candidate I gained foundational experience in housing and construction regulatory matters at the D.C. Department of Buildings.
