I aim to anticipate the needs of both our clients and our attorneys on any given transaction.
I provide support to our attorneys and clients by maintaining transactional checklists, drafting legal documents, and reviewing program documents for applications to HUD and for closings.
I previously worked at Reno & Cavanaugh, focusing on converting public housing authority (PHA) portfolios to PBV/PBRA through RAD and assisting investors in purchasing multifamily affordable housing developments.
