Overview
About Bradford Voegeli
I represent for-profit and nonprofit developers and owners in transactional and regulatory compliance matters concerning multifamily affordable housing programs, including:
- Section 8 renewals and assignments
- Transfers of ownership of HUD-assisted properties
- Rent increases
- Transfers of physical assets (TPAs)
Prior to joining the firm, I worked at the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development within the Office of General Counsel, most recently as an attorney advisor within the Multifamily Mortgage Division of the Office of Insured Housing. Prior to HUD, I spent eight years with the Neighborhood Legal Services Program of the District of Columbia, during which I managed all pro bono and volunteer programs and, before that, oversaw litigation of all housing matters and representation of low-income housing cooperatives and tenant associations.
