Vincent D. Weinert-Baumann


Vincent D. Weinert-Baumann assists clients in transactions involving HUD multifamily affordable housing programs including Section 8 renewals and rent increases, property transfers under a range of HUD preservation programs, and prepayments and refinancings of FHA insured mortgages. His practice includes representing for-profit and nonprofit developers.

Vinny is a graduate of Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. As a student, Vinny clerked for a variety of offices in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development including the Office of Fair Housing, the Office of Program Enforcement, and the Office of Multifamily Insured Housing. Vinny also has prior experience with a nonprofit developer and a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit syndicator and experience representing multifamily lenders utilizing FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan programs.
